SportMind AI provides analytical sports intelligence — including statistical models, AI-generated commentary, news aggregation, and probability estimates. SportMind AI is not a betting, gambling, or wagering service. All output is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
2. No guarantees
Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee about the accuracy, completeness, or future performance of any prediction, probability, or insight. You assume all risk for any decisions you make based on the platform.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or attempt to disrupt it.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your profile. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
5. Acceptable use
- No automated scraping or reverse engineering of the service.
- No reselling of model outputs or API responses without written permission.
- No use of the service to harass, defame, or harm others.
6. Third-party data
SportMind aggregates data from third-party providers (e.g. football-data.org, NewsAPI). We are not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of upstream data.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportMind AI, its operators and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
